During the ceremony, we watched the flag rise before being lowered to half-staff, honoring both those who passed and the loved ones they left behind. As we stood in silence, I felt my heart tug, reflecting on all who were impacted by that day. It was truly an honor and a powerful experience that will remain with us, just as their legacy will."
